Vision Statement
We are the primary Icelandic cultural media for Icelanders, those of Icelandic descent and those interested in Iceland by publishing stories of interest from a North American perspective, connecting communities through the generations.

Mandate
Preserve, strengthen, and promote the Icelandic identity and heritage in North America, primarily through the publishing of news and features, and in the process to collect, maintain and publish in other formats, documents relating to the people of Icelandic descent.
