Online: The Icelandic Roots Emigration Team will present a talk on its long-term research into Icelandic migration to North America from 1850 to 1914. Guest speaker David Johnson, an IR volunteer on the Genealogy Team will share insights into the team’s findings, process, and challenges, and discuss the release of its first Issue Paper and its role in reaching both members and the academic world at large.
