25 May: The Riverton Rifle – Reggie Leach. 6:30 p.m.

"Whatever choice you make, you own that choice, good or bad – don't blame others", says the NHL's legendary Reggie Leach. This intimate autobiography lays bare the decisions that led him to become one of the best snipers in hockey history. Nicknamed the Riverton Rifle for his thrilling speed and deadly shooting skills, he relied on the warm support of his community to overcome a childhood marked by poverty to rise through the NHL ranks. He was on the Stanley Cup winning Philadelphia Flyers team of 1975, won the Conn Smythe trophy and played in two All-Star games. He holds the current record for goals in consecutive play-off games (10 in 1976) and shares the record for goals in one play-off game (five in 1976).  Through his own recollections, Leach traces his path to NHL stardom, reveals the hard lessons he learned and celebrates his rebirth as a successful business man, family man and pillar of the Indigenous community. Reggie says "You should always shoot to score."
